The $50 Record Deal
Here's how it works.
You pay a deposit(Venmo, PayPal, Cash. Sorry, no Credit Cards) and I will lend you the mics, mic stands, and mic cables along with the recording interface, a laptop and detailed instructions on how to set everything up and use it. You take them to your practice space and record your music. When you are done, you bring all the equipment back to me and I will give you back your deposit minus $50. You will also get a copy of the raw tracks to do with as you please as well a mixed and mastered version.
Why would I be willing to do all of this for $50? I love mixing loud music. To get to do that, you pretty much have to open a recording studio for bands to record in and I don't have the money or the time to run a recording studio. Rather than lug all your gear into a recording studio, I'll loan you all my gear to bring to your practice space.. So many great Punk Rock and Hardcore records have been recorded in the bands own practice space. With my recording rig, yours can too.
